What you give is what you get
Quoted from Livin' Life by lilyn .
it is really frustrating when you have the best intentions but people think that you are being a kiss-ass. but really, i get sooo upset when i just want to be nice and people think that i expect things from them. come on lah, am i that desperate to want things from you?
but then again, i wont care if people think that i am being a kiss-ass or whatsoever because seriously, unlike you, i really do believe in what you give is what you get. my parents thought me well, i shall say.
I have to agree with lilyn. .Nowadays, these type of true kind hearted people are decreasing and number. As the people are becoming more materialistic, they expect something in return for their deeds. Thats why people have the perception that when you are doing something good, you are up to something.
To these true kind hearted people, don't stop from being yourself. People will realize the truth and will understand. Maybe they are just dengki or jealous with you. And of course, God always know the truth.

Christmas at Monica's!

Last night we went to our neighbour's xmas celebration! It was damn fun! The food were great, and all the decorations really liven up the xmas spirit.
It started around 8 pm. The hosts are Indian actually, a young couple with a very cute daughter which is 4 yrs old. haha. The atmosphere was very warmth, all our neighbours came. I do not know many of them because I spend most of my time in boarding school. Dont really have time to meet all of them. Our neighbourhood is mixed up. We have Malays, Chinese, Indians, and some more like Americans, japanese. They all shown up.
Actually, Im so blurry/mamai right now! Its 8 am in the morning for god sake! haha. Later people

Naughty or Nice? Merry Christmas!
HOHOHO! Merry Christmas everyone! Especially to the Christians out there! Have fun!
What a year has it been! From the political tsunami in March to the natural disaster that happened. All these things lead us to a question. Have we been naughty or nice? Take a moment to look back at our previous actions and hope for the better next year!!
Have fun! Enjoy your holidays!

a great invention that can help millions!
Josh Silver is a professor of physics at the Ofxord University. 20 years ago, he came up with a question. What if it were possible, he thought, to make a pair of glasses which, instead of requiring an optician, could be "tuned" by the wearer to correct his or her own vision? Might it be possible to bring affordable spectacles to millions who would never otherwise have them?
Today, his idea is made possible by creating glasses that have a tiny fluid sacs between them. To adjust the thickness of these glasses is done using syringe. The user will adjust the glasses to cater the user's sightness problem.
The glasses are cheap and easy to manufacture. By the time you are reading this, 30 000 pairs of these glasses had already been distributed to 15 countries. The picture above shows the glasses worn by a Zulu elderly.
Josh Silver and his team plan to launch a trial in India next year where they will circulate 1 million pair of glasses. His hope is to help billions of poor people by 2020.
I personally believe that this breakthrough will benefit other products that uses lense. Maybe one day we can use just a single lens for our dlsr to meet various requirements.
What do you think?

Nostalgia
Nostalgia.
I love to observe the sky! Make it daylight or nighttime, there is always something that will excite me. The Moon is the most fascinating of all. The moon can convince me to stay awake, just to enjoy her beauty for hours.
This picture was taken during Ramadhan, in September. It was at the surau, after tarawih. Kimball was kind enough to join me in my personal excitement. Geared up with my camera and tripod, we went hunting for shots! Haha. They think I am crazy. But, I am just a boy driven by his personal excitement. All these moments in the college with my friends keep on coming back to me.
They are coming back in my dreams. The dreams were so real. Felt like I was in a time machine. I just wish high school would never end. Theres nothing to replace these memories! Cherish the moments!

I fetched Kamil from his house, and went to KYUEM last Saturday. Bryan was kind enough to allow us to jump in his appointment. lol. So, first impression, are we going back to KYS? Haha. They are very similar indeed. We were given a tour around the college and Mr Azman briefed us. Since there were only 4 places left, we registered for the Jan intake.
Went to OU with Kamil in the afternoon. Haha, that guy pancit cepat. lol.
I am trying to keep my tabs open, will be going to Taylors on Monday, and Sunway too. Maybe.

two in one!
The landslide was surely massive!
Today, is another day, I was awaken by the voice of abah waking up irfan. lol. He is going to register for his IC today. He just turned twelve last month. But well, I went back to sleep. Woke up around 10, and watched narnia prince caspian. Its a good movie, just the fact that the war between Telmarine and Narnia doesnt look like a big war! Because of the videography's perspectives I guess.
Gatsby just posted a post in his blog. well, its about Lets Splash! haha. well, I organized this last year. Surprisingly, I did not come. Haha. Too bad people! This time, Its going to be held before 27th, because of the PLKN.(have fun faymao!! =P).
Im going to send Uncle Nan back to Kuching today. And i'll drop by at a friend' house in Taman Keramat to lend her some books.
Till later people!

a better sytem?
Do you still remember the good old times in school? What school were you in? Is it a Malay school? a Chinese school? a Indian school?. Perhaps you come from any of these schools. One question, does it feels awkward when you talk to people of other race? Do you understand their culture?
Malaysia needs to be strong. We gotta understand each other. The easiest way to create mutual understanding among the people is during the schooling years. As we are still learning and moving towards adulthood, we tend to be more open about things. We want to understand new things, we want to explore. This curiosity is good as it will nurture understanding among races. I have friends whom are not Malays. We try to understand each other cultures. It is good.
I'm not saying that we should abolish our mother tongue language. I am just proposing that we should integrate the system. Let us build a new system. A true Malaysian education system that defines us, Malaysia!

48 hours is way t0o long
I cannot believe that someone would actually say that to the public. 2 patrol cars were there around 4.00 am. By saying that, he is simply being selfish. So how do you wanna get help? I do not think that lambasting the people u wanted help from will be a wise idea. People have feelings, emotions. Someone might end up being emotionally hurt and will turn away from helping someone. I believe in critics, as these will improve ourselves and others. But, lambasting someone that bad does not seem like a win-win situation. It takes two to tango. We should be humble in voicing out our opinions as they will be easier to be accepted and it promotes good working atmosphere in the long run. Being professional in voicing out is utmost important.

another bumpy ride!
SPM is just over! yet, so many people are talking about going to college! Shush, I am not so sure about where should I go. Should I just wait for my SPM results or should I just start my pre-u all by myself? Well, KYUEM seems like a good choice, just the fact that it is in a middle of a jungle! Sunway got good facilities but I think the place is t0o distracting. Not really a good place to study i think! Taylors somehow got both things. Its in Subang, not too far from the city yet it is 'quite' enough for a good study environment. MC and deena are going to KYUEM, and Bryan planning for Taylors. Kamil keep on bragging me to join Sunway. Not so sure what should I do now.
Planned to go to Azim's house just now. He is my friend since primary. He is a KISAS's student, I think its a top notch islamic school in Malaysia. But he was busy, his relatives came. Haih, haha. I am planning to go to Rantai tomorrow. Well i do not know how why I like to go to these kind of events. I did not take art, and I think I suck in art class! LOL, guess I am not that good with my hands. But, I do love photography and I like art. Till later people!

the journey ahead
well hello people. sorry for not posting for quite some time now. We had our farewell dinner last week. All in all, the event went quite well, even though there were some flaps here and there. The red bulb of the projector blown out, dunno how it happened. well, technical problems are hard to evade, unless you have done a few rehearsals. cause technical glitch can happen from as simple as a broken chair, to worst things like sudden black out.
Landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa. the place is just a few hundred metres away from our house. Luckily we are staying at the peak. the incident happened around 3.50 a.m. I was awake at that time, just woke up. Went downstairs to grab a few sips, then it happened. There were loud growls from the dogs before it happened. And some of them even tried to block us from going downhill. I guess they knew it earlier. Well, animals listen to different frequencies than us. 2 weeks ago, rats started to show up out out of nowhere. And the monkeys at the reserved forest didnt made the usual chimp chatters.
The access route is made for public since yesterday(if i am not mistaken). Now, they are going to make it two ways route. All i can say is, things just happen, and you never see these kind of things coming. But, prevention and earlier warnings should be taken seriously as thousand of lives are at stake. After the president of tmn bukit mewah spoke at the media, only then the help started pouring. Thanks to Deena's daddy(Datuk Seri Che Khalib) for doing such a great job. And of course to all the rescuers, NGOs, and the authority for doing such a great job. It is time for us to sit down and discuss about developments around risky areas. All these can be prevented if we follow the guidelines. And I am sure, there are lots of skillful professionals out there. Maybe you guys have some better preventive ideas. Contribute your ideas, and you'll be saving thousands of lives.
This post went a bit longer than usual. Hope to see you people soon!
p/s: sorry ayne for not coming!
